Rupert is an accomplished DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) leader with a track record of driving cultural transformation within prominent organizations. Currently, he serves as the Senior DE&I Manager at Treyarch in Los Angeles, CA, a position he’s held since May '22. In this role, he is entrusted with spearheading the development and execution of a comprehensive DE&I strategy, fostering an environment of inclusivity and belonging, and nurturing the recruitment and retention of diverse talents.

Prior to joining Treyarch, he held the position of Diversity Sourcing Lead at Cisco Systems Inc., where he led a global team focused on identifying and attracting diverse talent. He also played a pivotal role in launching and executing an executive talent outreach pilot to build a pipeline of diverse leadership talent. Throughout his career, which spans over two decades in talent acquisition and HR, he has consistently demonstrated a passion for diversity recruitment, leveraging his expertise to create inclusive hiring strategies, and building key stakeholder partnerships within organizations.
