Ebonee Davis Ifeobu

Ebonee Davis Ifeobu is a native of the southside of Chicago Illinois. What defines her is not the summation of her credentials but the summation of her character. She knows the value of hard work and giving back to the community through time, talents and treasures and actively tries to employ the values of hard work, service, and mentorship. She has served on multiple non-profit boards such as the Begin Anew Board and the YMCA of North Minneapolis and mentors and volunteers with various organizations in Nashville.

She is an experienced Senior Human Resources Leader, currently working as the Vice President, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Bridgestone Tire Operations. Here, she leads the strategy for diversity partnering with both internal and external stakeholders to drive equitable access. She also leads a talented team of professionals across the United States and Latin America that support enterprise initiatives to help cultivate an environment where teammates are free to be there best selves. She has a demonstrated history of working in the automotive, consumer packaged goods, and technology industries. Her skillsets include but are not limited to organizational design, change management, performance management, conflict resolution/employee relation and people management. Ebonee received a M.H.R.I.R focused on Human Resources from University of Illinois- School of Labor and Employment Relations and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois. 

Outside of work, Ebonee enjoys yoga, cooking and spending time with her husband, daughter, and family.
