Antonio Mannings, (he/him) – a native of Chicago and a decorated combat veteran of the United States Air Force, where he served in the Global War on Terrorism, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation Enduring Freedom Campaigns. He holds a graduate degree in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University, is an Adjunct Professor at Roosevelt University, a Leadership Training Consultant, and a PMI Certified Project Management Professional and Agile Hybrid Project Pro. Mr. Mannings has fifteen (15) years of practical experience consulting, educating, and training leaders working both in the private and public sectors. Over the past ten (10) years, Antonio has worked with local agencies, providing DEI training, educational resources, and consulting services.
Currently, Antonio is the Head of DEI and Internal Portfolio efforts for a consulting firm. Antonio’s primary focus in his current role is on providing a lens of equity to strategic planning, framework, and project management. He is often asked to speak at local and national conferences on leadership, DEI, and change management. Antonio’s approach to leadership and facilitating learning is simple. He is quoted, “I use what I call the 3P’s. I make the instruction Personal, the lessons are Perceptible, and the outcomes are Practical.” His leadership philosophy is the Core Values of the United States Air Force – “Integrity first, Service before self, and Excellence in all we do.”
