Tracy L. Bradley serves as Manager - Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at IDEX Corporation, Northbrook, IL. She manages projects in the areas of diversity recruiting outreach, diverse talent management, data analytics, and external strategic partnerships. Tracy has 20+ years of experience as a speaker, trainer and workshop presenter on a variety of topics, including: DEI best practices, diverse talent acquisition trends, neurodiversity and leadership development.
Also, she has held roles in the corporate and non-profit sectors. Tracy is a life member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and a member of the Links, Incorporated. When she is not working, she enjoys creating new recipes, cooking, traveling, shopping and spending time with her family and friends.
