Michelle Rufus

Michele Rufus uniquely has over 20+ years of Diversity Recruiting and Strategy experience. She is the current founder of NE Diversity Solutions and Brown Brunch Events providing placement, custom recruitment events, and strategy. Michele supports the Biotech/Pharma, Tech, Semiconductor, Financial industries and more. She creates and maintains relationships with key senior leaders, Equity Diversity & Inclusion teams, and external partners to align initiatives, resources, and processes to ensure talent is identified, obtained, and retained. Michele received her Masters of Science in Business Entrepreneurship from the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business in Dallas, Texas. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, working out, and shopping for home décor.
