Dr. Christine Firkins is an Account Executive for the Virtual Interpreting Department at Convo Communications. Additionally, she has taught Deaf Studies and ASL courses in higher education for 15 years. Dr. Firkins earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Deaf Studies; her Master's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies focusing in Communications, Deaf Studies and Linguistics; and her Doctor of Education Degree (EdD) in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies.

Sara is a dynamic professional who excels in product management, strategy formulation and execution, and customer experience with a passion for DEI. Her continued growth and dedication working in multiple industries and roles in the tech space make her unique. As a woman in IT, she has experienced years working on all-male teams with limited diversity, so she brings invaluable experience and expertise to ProvenBase's mission and innovation.
Aleta Howell is Director, Global Inclusive People Movement Strategy for Cisco Systems. In this role she is responsible for aligning corporate and functional diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and creating internal and external programs and initiatives that drive diverse and inclusive hiring. Prior to her current role, Aleta led Inclusive Recruiting Strategy for University recruiting, where she worked with leaders and HR Partners to drive hiring strategies and program development to attract diverse university talent. She also served as a Program Manager with Cisco's Office of Inclusion and Collaboration where she helped to create new processes to drive diversity metrics review discussions with senior leaders.
