Kit Brady joined Gillette Children’s in 2003 and is currently the Vice President of People Strategy. She has over 25 years of experience in HR, leading talent acquisition, human resources strategy, and employee education and development. Throughout her tenure, she has championed diversity and cultivating an equitable and inclusive workplace culture. Kit holds an M.A. in Human Resource Management and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, dedicated to staying at the forefront of change management best practices and developing an adaptable and thriving workplace.
