Director of Global Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at KnowBe4, Society for Diversity, and Chelly Consulting
Chelly Conley has 10 years of experience in the Human Resources Industry, currently working as a DEI Consultant and a Director of Global Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for KnowBe4. Her expertise has developed into DEI, Advocacy, Coaching, Mentoring, Training, and Employee Engagement. She is on the Board of Directors for the Florida National Diversity Council. She also is the Director of Diversity on the Board of Directors of the Tampa Society of Human Resources Chapter that focuses on creating initiatives to foster D&I within the chapter. Chelly is certified in HR and Diversity currently holding the SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CDP, and CDE. She is also an alum of Saint Leo University with a Masters in Business Administration.
