Michael Jones Jr.

Michael Jones Jr., M.Div., presently serves as the Head of Corporate Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at Total Wines and more and the Director, Talent Acquisition and Diversity Equity Inclusion at Xometry Inc.
He also serves as an Associate Minister and Assistant to the Pastor for Family Life Ministries at New Bethel Baptist Church in Washington, DC where his umbrella reaches Men, Women, Seniors, Middle Aged, Children, Youth and Young Adults. Well studied, he has studied and graduated from Temple University, Howard University School of Divinity, and the Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University - he has found passions within Hebrew Bible, Forced Exile Migration, Black Liberation Theology and Ethics.
In his free and spare time Michael enjoys serving as the Director of Basketball Operations and Basketball Coach for the Team Thrill Youth Sports Organization, an organization sponsored by Under Armour. He also presently serves on the Board of Directors for the Catholic Diocese of Bridgeport CT, Catholic Academy.
Michael is a member of the Poor People’s Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival, The Samuel Dewitt Proctor Conference, Human Rights Campaign and NAACP. Michael is a 2021 Black Theology and Leadership Institute Fellow at Princeton Theological Seminary, 2020 - 2021 Emerging Leaders Impact Fund Fellow at the Greater Washington Community Foundation and Forum For Theological Exploration Fellow.
