Carmia, a devoted advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and sustainability, is resolute about fostering positive change in both professional settings and in the global arena. She harbors a profound conviction that DEI and sustainability form the bedrock for an equitable and more sustainable future, as exemplified by her establishment of C Powered Consulting, LLC. Through her consulting firm, Carmia is dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to harness their full potential. 

Her specialization encompasses staff and leadership development training, workshops, and offering consultancy services in DEI and sustainability to aid companies in initiating or enhancing their strategies. With her seasoned leadership experience, Carmia acts as a formidable catalyst for DEI and sustainability. Her unique approach revolves around delivering leadership and staff development training that passionately motivates individuals to become the leader others would wholeheartedly follow. 

Additionally, Carmia holds certifications in facilitation, mediation, learning and development, supplier diversity, and DEI in the workplace. Graduating with a Masters of Sustainability Leadership from Arizona State University in December 2023, Carmia is a lifetime member of the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership honor society, exemplifying her steadfast commitment to leadership excellence. 

As a retired Chief Master Sergeant from the US Air Force, Carmia unites servant leadership with her dedication to amplifying the voices of underserved communities and advocating for inclusivity, equity, and sustainability. With her remarkable achievements and unwavering commitment to effecting change, Carmia aspires to be a guiding light of transformation, influence, and inspiration in the realms of DEI and sustainability, ultimately paving the way toward a brighter, equitable, and more sustainable future.
